You should come to a roundabout at Junction 13, turn onto the A421 heading towards Milton Keynes.
Follow the A421, with the M1 on your right hand-side, and you should pass the Wavendon Golf Course on your left.
You will come to a roundabout called Kingston Roundabout with a BP petrol station on your right, go straight on here following the A421 Standing Way (H8) past Kingston on your right.
You will get to a big roundabout called Brinklow Roundabout, continue straight ahead at this roundabout still following the A421 Standing Way (H8) past Monkston on your right.
Go straight ahead at Kents Hill Roundabout still following the A421 Standing Way (H8) past Monkston Park and then Woughton on the Green on your right.
You should get to a roundabout called Netherfield Roundabout go straight on here, then you will get to another called Marina Roundabout turn right here onto Marlborough Street B4034 (V8).
Continue to follow Marlborough Street B4034 (V8), going straight on at Fishermead Roundabout. You should now have Fishermead on your left and Springfield on your right.
You should get to another roundabout called Springfield Roundabout, turn right here onto Childs Way (H6) with Campbell Park on your left and Springfield on your right.
You will then get to a roundabout called South Enmore Roundabout, turn left here into Campbell Park on a road called Enmore Gate. Continue up this road with Campbell Heights Residential area directly in front of you.
There will be a mini roundabout in front of you called Enmore Roundabout, turn left here onto Avebury Boulevard towards Central Milton Keynes.
You will go over a bridge going into Central Milton Keynes and get to another mini roundabout called Bankfield Roundabout, turn right here onto Marlborough Gate passing the Theatre on your left.
Follow Marlborough Gate passing John Lewis on your left to the next mini roundabout called Campbell Park Roundabout, turn left here onto Silbury Boulevard.
Continue straight on Silbury Boulevard. You should pass The Centre MK on your left hand side. Carry on over Saxon Gate and Wiltan Gate.
Grant Thornton House should now be on your left. Delancey is located on the ground
floor.
